Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Production Support / SRE professional to operate and scale digital asset platforms in Irving, TX. You will handle wallets, blockchain nodes, and transaction systems, ensuring high availability and continuous improvement across incidents and change management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering, Electronic Trading / Markets Technology Support, or Payments/transaction processing platforms.
• Proven experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems in fast-paced environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the production operation of digital asset platforms, including wallets, blockchain nodes, and transaction processing systems.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of systems supporting digital asset lifecycle management and transaction flows.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incident, problem, and change management, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
• Monitor system health across blockchain nodes/networks, wallet infrastructure, transaction pipelines, and reconciliation processes.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to transaction failures, reconciliation breaks, performance degradation, or risk-flagged activity.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and business teams to enhance platform stability and security controls.
• Work with vendor and managed service providers supporting blockchain infrastructure, custody, and wallet services.
• Contribute to observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting) across distributed systems.
• Support capacity planning and performance analysis for scaling blockchain nodes and transaction systems.
• Participate in resilience and recovery testing, including failover, DR, and key-material backup validation.
• Drive and implement automation across monitoring, reconciliation, and operational processes.
• Maintain clear runbooks, documentation, and knowledge sharing for production operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the production operation of digital asset platforms, including wallets, blockchain nodes, and transaction processing systems.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of systems supporting digital asset lifecycle management and transaction flows.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incident, problem, and change management, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
• Monitor system health across:
  • Blockchain nodes and networks
  • Wallet infrastructure (hot, cold, hardware, multi sig)
  • Transaction pipelines and reconciliation processes
  • Latency, throughput, and network conditions
• Investigate and resolve issues related to:
  • Transaction failures or delays
  • Reconciliation breaks
  • System performance degradation
  • Anomalous or risk flagged activity
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and business teams to enhance platform stability and security controls.
• Work with vendor and managed service providers supporting blockchain infrastructure, custody, and wallet services.

  • Payments / transaction processing platforms
• Proven experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems in fast-paced environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems.

Technical Skills

• Experience with one or more: Java, Python, Go, or similar
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Experience with databases (Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis)
• Strong experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
