Citigroup Inc. in Irving, TX, is seeking a Digital Assets Production Support & SRE Analyst to own reliability and operational integrity of digital asset platforms, including blockchain-connected systems, wallets, and high-throughput processing infrastructure.

You will bridge engineering, operations, and business teams to resolve complex platform challenges and drive improvements in stability, observability, and automation, while supporting releases and ensuring production readiness.

Citi is looking for a Digital Assets Production Support & SRE Analyst to own the reliability and operational integrity of business-critical digital asset platforms, including blockchain-connected systems, digital wallets, and high-throughput transaction processing infrastructure. In this role, you will serve as a technical authority - bridging engineering, operations, and business teams to resolve complex platform challenges and drive measurable improvements in system stability. You will directly shape how Citi's digital asset capabilities perform at scale, influencing both the day-to-day resilience of the platform and its long-term engineering direction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for Citi's Digital Asset platforms and services.
• Monitor platform health and respond to incidents impacting production environments.
• Investigate and resolve application, infrastructure, and data-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring problems.
• Partner with development teams to improve platform stability, observability, and automation.
• Support software releases and ensure production readiness of new functionality.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks, monitoring, and support documentation.
• Communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders during incidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and risk reduction.Ensure adherence to operational controls, regulatory requirements, and Citi standards.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience supporting business-critical, high-availability systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Solid Linux and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Java, Python, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, ELK, or Prometheus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strongly Preferred:

• Markets and/or Electronic Trading technology experience.
• Experience supporting real-time trading, execution, pricing, or market infrastructure platforms.
• Background in Exchange, FinTech, or Payments technology.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale production environments.

Nice to Have:

• Digital Assets, Blockchain, or Tokenization platform experience.
• Understanding of digital custody, wallets, or key management solutions.
• Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud-native technologies.
• Knowledge of digital asset market structure and operations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
