Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience, or a combined 9 years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Technology and Cybersecurity risk principles.
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience in Technology and/or Cybersecurity risk area and/or business unit.

Responsibilities

• Guide the risk analysis and control development process for Commercial Banking technology and Enterprise Architecture.
• Apply audit-driven methodologies to evaluate Commercial Banking processes for regulatory adherence, standards, and industry best practices in the digital-asset domain.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert with a Technology and Cybersecurity risk view on digital assets, including blockchain fundamentals and WaaS models.
• Formulate and implement risk management plans, including reporting, risk assessments, and leadership summaries for senior leadership.
• Lead compliance efforts for the Commercial Banking function with respect to digital-asset products and blockchain-based services.
• Identify emerging risks and control weaknesses across Technology and Cybersecurity risk within Commercial Banking Technology’s digital-asset initiatives and Enterprise Architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to respond swiftly to events beyond the Bank’s risk appetite.
• Assist with regulatory engagements and responses, including exam management materials.
• Mentor newer analysts and uphold the Bank’s risk and regulatory standards.
