DAM Ownership: Serve as the sole owner of HexClad’s Canto DAM library — managing metadata tagging, taxonomy, naming conventions, and asset organization at scale across product photography, campaign imagery, lifestyle content, and video.
Metadata & Taxonomy Management: Apply, audit, and maintain field values across the full library; enforce controlled vocabulary, surface gaps proactively, and prevent taxonomy drift.
Asset Ingestion & Lifecycle: Own the upload intake process from receipt through archive; ensure new assets enter the library correctly, promptly, and fully tagged.
PIM Build-Out & Maintenance: Own the setup and ongoing maintenance of HexClad’s PIM system, populating and validating product data to support eCommerce, content, and international operations.
Discoverability & Accessibility: Build and improve systems that surface the right content to the right teams — including international — reducing dependency on manual Slack-based asset sharing.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Creative, eCommerce, Marketing, and international teams to understand asset needs and build processes that serve them reliably; partner with in-house counsel on digital rights management to ensure usage rights are accurately documented, enforced, and reflected in the DAM at the asset level.
AI-Assisted Workflows: Leverage AI tools for metadata suggestions, content description, and platform integrations — including MCP-based connections — to drive efficiency and accuracy at scale.
