Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a technically focused FM/OEM Digital Delivery Specialist to transform design and construction data into reliable operational information for facility management.

You will bridge design, construction, commissioning and operations, delivering asset information, COBie data, and BIM-to-FM workflows across CMMS, IWMS and EAM platforms. Hybrid work in the U.S. with competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of COBie and structured asset data deliverables.
• Experience developing and auditing Asset Information Models (AIM).
• Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, and asset lifecycle management principles.
• Working knowledge of BIM, Revit, and model-based asset information delivery.
• Experience supporting digital turnover and owner handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Asset Information Models (AIM) to support facility operations and maintenance.
• Define Asset Information Requirements (AIR) and Operational Information Requirements (OIR).
• Establish asset data standards, governance, and QA processes.
• Validate asset data throughout design, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and commissioning agents to collect required asset information.
• Lead COBie data collection, validation, and handover deliverables.
• Coordinate with BIM teams to ensure operational data requirements are incorporated into project deliverables.
