Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a FM/OEM Digital Delivery Specialist to drive asset information management across the project lifecycle, bridging design, construction, commissioning and operations. You will ensure asset data quality, COBie compliance, and seamless handover to CMMS/IWMS/EAM platforms, enabling reliable facility operations and lifecycle optimization.

Ideal candidates bring deep BIM/FM experience, COBie expertise, and strong collaboration with design teams, contractors, and operators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting asset information management, BIM for FM, facilities technology, or digital delivery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of COBie and structured asset data deliverables.
• Experience developing and auditing asset information models (AIM).
• Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, and asset lifecycle management principles.
• Working knowledge of BIM, Revit, and model-based asset information delivery.
• Experience supporting digital turnover and owner handover processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650, COBie, AIR, OIR, and AIM frameworks.
• Experience integrating BIM and asset data into CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, or EAM platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Asset Information Models (AIM) for facility operations.
• Define AIR and OIR; establish data standards and QA.
• Validate asset data across design, construction, turnover.
• Lead COBie data collection, validation, delivery.
• Coordinate asset tagging, naming conventions.
• Support BIM for FM and BIM-to-FM workflows.
• Assist in facility digital asset management and data governance.
• Support Facility Digital Twins and analytics.
