Job summary

Aquent is seeking a seasoned Digital Asset and Content Management Lead to shape how creative assets are organized, accessed, and utilized across global teams. You will build foundational CMS/DAM systems, define taxonomies, and drive efficiency in asset workflows from inception to delivery.

You will collaborate with IT and business partners to explore, evaluate, and implement CMS/DAM solutions, ensuring onboarding and productivity improvements across the studio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or a writing/editing role, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with digital asset management systems, CMS, and general asset management.
• Experience in digital asset management, content management, cataloging, or comparable work.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience with diverse digital assets and content types.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong knowledge of media archiving best practices.
• Editorial experience, including writing, editing, and publishing documents.
• Solid project management experience.
• Experience in writing technical documentation.
• Expertise in creating taxonomies and managing content repositories.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage content across various studio teams.
• Oversee remote collaboration with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content hierarchy.
• Formulate a strategic vision for CMS and DAM solutions that align with studio requirements.
• Define and project manage timelines for CMS and DAM software exploration and execution.
• Collaborate with IT to explore and execute RFPs for CMS and DAM solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with studio teams to ensure efficiency and security of third‑party solutions.
• Work with developers, designers, artists, writers, and localization teams.
• Manage internal onboarding sites and processes to enhance studio-wide knowledge and communication.
• Embodies company culture and values in all work.
