AltaFiber seeks an IT Director to lead planning, delivery, and ongoing support of customer-facing digital technology solutions. You will partner with business and resource teams to understand needs, set priorities, and ensure reliable, secure applications and infrastructure.

The role requires over 10 years of related field experience and the ability to translate business priorities into a technology roadmap that improves customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Four years of college with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in related field with IT leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Set technology direction by translating business needs into a digital vision and roadmap.
• Partner across the business to align digital efforts with customer experience and revenue goals.
• Lead the delivery of new digital capabilities and enhancements to existing applications.
• Ensure reliable operations of systems, applications, servers, and related services.
• Coach and develop IT teams, support change, and remove barriers for performance.
• Oversee technology vendor and platform relationships, performance, and value.
• Manage capital, expense, and headcount planning for the IT organization.
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics and customer experience indicators.
