What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation of detailed designs, sketches, and mood boards, translating complex ideas into clear visual concepts for seamless team collaboration.
• Pioneer the development of dynamic motion content, including kinetic typography, specifically for digital displays and devices, seamlessly enhancing the physical‑to‑digital narrative flow within retail spaces.
• Define the aesthetic and structure of channel creative assets, guiding placement, hierarchy, and storytelling to ensure cohesive and impactful brand presence, while integrating art direction from creative leads.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure design systems and components are adaptable and optimized for various retail channels.
• Uphold and champion brand consistency across all visual and retail content, ensuring every design reflects established brand guidelines and a unified aesthetic.
• Demonstrate agility by synthesizing diverse feedback and rapidly iterating on designs to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide invaluable input and collaborate with Photo Art Directors, Designers, Producers, and Production teams on complex and key work streams, bringing innovative concepts to life.

Minimum Qualifications

• An impressive online portfolio showcasing a strong visual design aesthetic and impactful executions, with clear demonstrations of your direct contributions.
• Proven comfort and expertise in designing across a diverse range of campaigns and channels, including Motion, Print, and Out‑of‑Home (OOH).
• A demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving challenges and proactively find creative solutions to complex brand and business problems.
• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience as a visual or graphic designer, with a track record of delivering high‑quality work.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in After Effects.

• Prior experience as a designer within a dynamic creative agency or a fast‑paced in‑house design team.

Other Requirements

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $120-$190K. However, final compensation level will be determined based on experience and scope alignment.
