Job description

Belardi Wong, a leading full-service marketing and creative firm, is currently seeking a
Digital Analyst - Paid Search
to develop and execute marketing initiatives for industry-leading multi-channel retailers, digitally native brands, and wholesale brands. This is an exciting opportunity for marketing professionals to leverage their expertise and advance their careers.

This role is a temporary full-time assignment during Belardi Wong's normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm) and is scheduled to run through the end of December 2025.

As part of our Digital Strategy team, you will work with omni-channel retailers and DTC brands, analyzing, reporting, and supporting their digital marketing efforts, especially paid search in Google and Bing. Responsibilities include providing insights to enhance strategic consulting through data analysis, client reporting, and recommendations for best practices in paid search program implementation and optimization. The Digital Analyst will also support the expansion of Belardi Wong’s digital media offerings by executing paid search campaigns, participating in weekly client meetings, and reporting on and optimizing performance to meet or exceed client expectations. Key experience areas include digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, Google Ads (e.g., text ads, Performance Max), Bing, and analytics. Interaction with internal teams, vendors, and clients is essential. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Opportunity Analysis & Project Work

  • Support audits of paid search strategies, including campaign structure, bid strategies, creative, keywords, and Performance Max strategies.
  • Summarize findings in concise Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for client delivery.

Direct Media Management

  • Execute paid search strategies for emerging brands and multi-channel retailers, including campaign setup, reporting, and analysis in collaboration with Senior Digital Strategist.
  • Manage weekly agendas and communicate key insights effectively to clients.
  • Ensure campaigns stay within budgets and ROAS targets.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker, and Funnel for reporting and recommendations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Share learnings across teams to improve search and social performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends to keep Belardi Wong at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Handle miscellaneous reporting and measurement tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in paid search.
  • A self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to ask questions, learn, and grow within the division.
