Position Overview:

The Manager, Digital Analytics & Marketing Insights supports the Digital Commerce and Marketing organization by transforming data into clear, actionable insights that drive revenue, improve customer experience and inform strategic decision making. This role is responsible for synthesizing data across ecommerce, marketing, CRM and merchandising to provide visibility into performance and identify opportunities for growth. This role brings analytical rigor and business storytelling ensuring data is not only accurate and accessible, but also translated into meaningful insights that influence decisions and drive measurable outcomes across the business.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Partner with Digital and Marketing leaders to define reporting needs, including key views, KPIs and performance frameworks
  • Own and maintain reporting for eCommerce and digital marketing KPIs
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, CRM/email/SMS, paid media, Power BI, merchandising) into cohesive views
  • Develop and manage dashboards and recurring reporting that provide clear visibility to leadership
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of KP’s and definitions across teams
  • Partner with cross functional teams to validate data accuracy and integrity
  • Increased visibility and clarity of performance across channels
  • Reduced time to access and interpret key business metrics
  • Alignment across teams on core KPIs and reporting
  • Analyze and forecast performance across customer journeys, segments, channels, and campaigns to identify drivers of growth or decline and areas of opportunity
  • Proactively surface insights related to focus KPI’s, customer segments and behavior
  • Translate data into clear, concise narratives and executive-read summaries
  • Connect performance insights to business impact and actionable recommendations
  • Assist in forecasting and planning, including building projection tools and analyzing trends
  • Tailor insights and presentations to different audiences
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support business priorities and leadership questions
  • Insights that directly influence business decisions and priorities

Education and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce, business analytics, merchandising analytics, digital performance, or related analytical roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience working with eCommerce and digital KPIs including traffic, conversion, demand/sales, AOV, customer behavior, marketing performance, and inventory productivity
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Ability to consolidate and synthesize data from multiple systems and reporting sources into clear, accurate, and actionable insights
  • Experience assisting with forecasting, planning, and performance projections
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to gather business requirements and support decision-making
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate business performance and opportunities to various audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and changing business needs
  • Experience supporting reporting enhancements, dashboard development, system transitions, or platform migrations preferred
  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business impact
Starting Rate:

Starting Rate: $110,000.00
