We specifically want someone who can take an idea, turn it into compelling advertising, produce multiple variations, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of what we put in front of customers.
You will have significant ownership over a highly visible part of Corgi's growth engine.
You'll work directly with the people responsible for paid acquisition and have a direct feedback loop between creative → performance → iteration.
If something works, you'll know. If it doesn't, you'll know. And you'll have the opportunity to immediately create something better.
There is no massive creative department or rigid production process between you and the work. You'll have the freedom to test ideas, move quickly, and build the creative function from the ground up.
If you love designing ads and constantly think about how to make creative more compelling, we'd like to meet you.
