About The Role

We’re seeking a Digital Advertising Campaign Manager to execute and optimize campaigns across paid social, display, video, and native ad channels. This role involves close collaboration with ad strategists and plays a key part in driving pipeline growth across five ICPs.

This is a 40-hour/week contract role initially, with the potential to convert to full-time after three months.

You will

  • Deploy and manage marketing ICP programmatic & ABM campaigns across digital channels, including display, native, paid social, and video.
  • Implement post-click testing strategies by building and optimizing based on a test-measure-learn approach.
  • Analyze ad and landing page data to recommend optimizations that meet conversion, CPA, and ROAS targets.
You have
  • At least 3 years of experience executing programmatic & ABM campaigns on paid social and display.
  • A proactive approach to monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to improve campaign success, efficiency, and lead volume.
  • Proven success collaborating with digital ad strategists to enhance campaign value through optimization.
  • An eye for detail and clear, transparent communication skills, both written and verbal.
