Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Digital Account Manager I to serve as the liaison between the Ad Agency and assigned accounts, managing day-to-day relationships and leading digital asset production and strategic planning to meet business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, account leadership, creative staff and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8–12 years of ad agency account management experience required.
• Pharmaceutical industry and/or digital experience a plus.
• Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written.
• High energy, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.
• Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on the small details.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings as a key point of contact to ensure information is quickly communicated to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Act as the digital lead for the assigned business group.
• Manage or assist in the creation of project estimates and timelines.
• Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule.
• Track time daily.
• Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.
