Digital Account Executives are responsible for driving sustainable growth in Siemens’ Digital Business by expanding digital services and solutions and developing new customers. You will focus on growth through our emerging Digital Business digital service and solution portfolio.

Variable compensation (bonus) for this role is based on digital services and solutions order intake and revenue growth in targeted new account development.

This is a REMOTE position that can be based anywhere in the Western Time Zone.

As a Digital Account Executive, you will:
  1. Develop and execute large account sales strategies to expand Siemens' digital footprint in large-scale U.S. accounts.
  2. Drive net-new enterprise customer acquisition, focusing on industries such as Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare / Life Sciences, Commercial Real Estate, and Manufacturing.
  3. Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities using industry trends, data insights, and base targeting.
  4. Expand relationships through consultative selling and digital transformation advisory, including use case identification, transformation roadmaps, and financial planning.
  5. Lead complex contract negotiations for large-scale digital services and solutions.
  6. Build and maintain senior-level relationships within targeted enterprise accounts, positioning Siemens as a strategic partner.
  7. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sales engagement.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel to support revenue growth.
  9. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to refine messaging and drive engagement.
  10. Report on sales metrics, pipeline, and market insights to inform strategy.
  11. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to position Siemens’ digital solutions effectively.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales, digital transformation, or automation solutions with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in use cases, cybersecurity, and large customer OT operations.
  • Experience in consultative enterprise sales, strategic account management, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, cloud solutions, and industrial automation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to develop senior relationships and position Siemens as a trusted digital transformation partner.
  • Experience managing a disciplined sales process, including pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Reside in MST or PST zones, supporting the West Coast.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Industry expertise in Automotive, Food & Beverage, Aerospace, Healthcare, or Commercial Real Estate is highly preferred.
