Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Irvine, CA that is seeking an Account Executive - New Business who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for our Financial Charge Card, as well as selling our Data Analytics Suite. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations and closing deals. This role is 95% remote, with up to 5% travel to our Irvine, CA headquarters (as needed) on a quarterly basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be a founding member of a new team, where your ability to strategically acquire new customers, refine sales processes, and mentor future hires will be key to our success. Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B commercial card sales experience to middle market companies
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Prior experience working in a start-up or small business employer is highly desired
- Experience selling a corporate card & expense management tool is highly desired
- Prior experience as a founding team member in a startup is highly desired
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-energy startup environment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling into startups, SMBs, or companies without technical resources is a plus
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Strong consultative selling approach and ability to distill complex topics into simple value props
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
- Passion for fintech, data, or enabling underserved markets is a bonus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
