Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff scheduling, education activities, and performance evaluations.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery of clinical services.
• Perform QA/QI studies and support implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
• Serve as a resource on patient care, flow, and clinical standards.
• Monitor departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and regulatory requirements.
