• Performs nursing duties per unit scope and standards.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care.
• Assesses patients on admission and develops care plans.
• Implements and evaluates nursing interventions and care plans.
• Ensures patient and staff safety and reports hazards and incidents.
• Communicates effectively with the team and supports learning of peers.
• Assists in procedures, starts IVs, and educates patients.
• Cares for patients in recovery and may assist in anesthesia with CRNA.
• Potential to serve as Charge RN or in leadership roles.
