Job summary

Regions Hospital, part of HealthPartners, seeks a Clinical Support Technician for the Digestive Care team. Under RN supervision, you will assist with patient rooming, clerical duties, and patient support roles.

The role may include sterilization tasks and supply management to maintain safety and infection control. Required: HS diploma or GED, 2 years of service/healthcare experience, Medical Terminology and Pharmacology coursework, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification within one week of hire and maintained per AHA.
• Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online coursework completed within six months.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Careful, patient-focused approach aligned with HealthPartners policies.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and support patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform clerical tasks consistent with office duties.
• Assist in supply/sterilization duties ensuring infection control and OSHA standards.
