Quanta Services, Inc. is looking for a Dig Foreman in Springville, UT to manage crews involved in underground construction. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, oversee safety protocols, and ensure tasks are accomplished efficiently.

FiberTel is hiring a Dig Foreman for our Springville, UT location.
The Dig Foreman position will oversee the work of their crews depending on job size. The Foreman will be able to perform all the duties of an Underground Laborer & Operator. He/she will help train new laborers and operators on proper processes and job functions. The Foreman will submit daily time sheets for their crew members and themselves. This position will ensure that all employees follow job site safety processes and protocols.
Pay: $24-28/hr, DOE
All phases of underground construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment.

This is a full-time hourly position, expected to work at least 40 hours per week. The position operates in an outdoor environment and is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme cold, rain, sleet, snow, humidity, high temperatures, and high wind. The outside work environment will vary throughout the day including changes in terrain, traffic, urban settings, and/or rural settings. This position may occasionally be exposed to natural gas and to the risk of electrical shock. Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
The employee will need to have the ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours at a time), tolerate work in extreme weather conditions, speak and hear worksite safety instructions, withstand prolonged and repeated: lifting, standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching and feeling, crouching, and crawling. The employee will need to be able to regularly lift 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
