Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with optional weekend opportunities and a $28–$35 per hour pay range plus a $5K sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Company provides tools, equipment, and ongoing training to support professional growth and safety.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Dig Crew, you'll play a critical role in excavation projects, sewer line replacements, water line installations, and other underground utility work.

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with excavation and sewer/water line replacement projects
• Operating and supporting excavation equipment, including backhoes, loaders, and other heavy machinery
• Inspecting equipment before use and ensuring safe operation
• Reading and following dig plans, job specifications, and safety procedures
• Understanding machine capabilities and proper excavation techniques
