Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mid-level instructional roles.
- Experience leading mid-level initiatives and guiding teams.
- Familiarity with ADDIE model and differentiated instruction.
Responsibilities
- Trade quick wins for small-but-mighty fixes when the math favors patience
- Keep Summative Assessment documentation current as the work outpaces it
- Read the room and adjust how you pitch ADDIE Model to each audience
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership
- Support daily operations at our Hayward site and keep workflows moving
- Keep Hayward, CA momentum when the mid-level pipeline runs thin
- Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached
- Read a Camtasia system you didn't build and improve it anyway
