Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking Dietitians to provide nutrition services in an inpatient facility in Fulton, Missouri. The ideal candidate will assess nutritional needs, develop personalized meal plans, monitor progress, educate patients on healthy eating, and provide medical nutrition counseling.

Positions are available as both part-time and full-time. Typical shifts are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday work.

Qualifications

• Must be registered and licensed as a dietitian in Missouri.
• Master’s degree or higher from an ACEND-accredited program.
• Four days of New Employee Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for nutrition risk factors
• Refer patients to clinical dietitians for nutrition assessment
• Collaborate with the patient’s care team to provide nutrition care
• Monitor patients for changes in nutritional status
• Provide nutrition education to patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
