Job summary

STI in Nashville, TN seeks a Dietitian Supervisor to lead our dietetics team, oversee clinical dietetic activities, and ensure nutrition care meets stringent safety, sanitation, and quality standards for all clients. The role includes mentoring and directing dietitian staff, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and serving as a consultant to medical and nursing staff.

You will perform employment interviews, prepare reports, monitor performance, and provide oversight of the contract

Qualifications

• Registered dietitian with Tennessee licensure.
• Minimum of three years of full-time professional experience in dietetics.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to develop and lead a dietetics team.
• Strong understanding of medical conditions affected by diet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dietetic activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Mentor and direct dietitian staff and students.
• Develop and implement nutrition care plans for clients.
• Consult with medical and nursing staff on nutrition issues.
• Conduct employment interviews, prepare reports, and monitor staff performance.
