Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Dietitian to join our not-for-profit senior care team. This full-time role is day shift, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a 30-hour weekly expectation and competitive benefits.

You will plan and deliver medical nutrition therapy across acute and long-term care settings. Ideal candidates hold an RD license, with ACEND-credentialed degree and post-graduate internship experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or food and nutrition from ACEND-accredited program.
• Post-2023 requirement: master’s degree for RD licensure eligibility after Jan 1, 2024.
• Must hold Registered Dietitian (RD) license in applicable state(s).
• Registered Dietitian (CDR) Registration required. For states, temporary/licensure considered for registry eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, and provide medical nutrition therapy and counseling.
• Develop nutrition care plans for individuals and populations across care settings.
• Educate on diet according to disease state and health risks; tailor to cultural needs.
• Lead nutrition care protocols and collaborate with health care team; monitor outcomes.
