Job summary

The Mandan Sunset facility of Good Samaritan is seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian to lead nutrition care across acute and long-term care settings. You will develop medical nutrition therapy plans, educate staff, and coordinate care with the health team.

Requires ACEND-accredited bachelor’s (master’s preferred by 2024), RD licensure, 5 years of clinical nutrition experience, and leadership in nutrition programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or nutrition from ACEND-accredited program.
• Master’s degree designation required by ACEND for grads after Jan 1, 2024.
• Five years of clinical dietitian experience.
• Registered Dietitian license in the applicable state with CDR.
• Advanced certification (CDR/ASPEN/CBDCE) supported by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide medical nutrition therapy across care settings.
• Lead nutrition care protocols and educate staff and patients.
• Coordinate with health care team to tailor diet plans and interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes and participate in quality improvement activities.
