Job summary

Sodexo seeks an Inpatient Registered Dietitian to join the nutrition team at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA. This full-time role welcomes new graduates or experienced RDs and offers benefits from day one, with generous time off and licensure reimbursement.

You’ll deliver patient-centered nutrition care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support quality-improvement initiatives in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with ACEND coursework and supervised practice.
• OR Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements for those eligible before 1/1/2024.
• Meets RD/RDN eligibility via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
• State licensure/certification requirements must be met at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care for patients using the Nutrition Care Process (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, evaluation).
• Act as a nutrition resource for patients, peers, and staff; collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and training to patients and healthcare teams.
• Maintain practices aligned with regulatory and company standards; support Sodexo’s client commitments.
• Participate in or lead performance improvement initiatives to improve outcomes and service quality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to training or research.

Sodexo is seeking an Inpatient Registered Dietitian to join our nutrition team at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA. St. Francis is a 325-bed hospital with a Level III Trauma Center, Stroke Center and many other specialty medical services.

Ideal opportunity for both a newly licensed (RDE status) or experienced RD. Fulltime Benefits begin on Day #1, 3 weeks of paid vacation, 3 personal days and Holidays. Reimbursement for licensure fees and assoc dues. PRN opportunities also available!

Pay Range: $64600 per year - $83600 per year

Requirements

• Education Requirement:

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines

• OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements.

• Management Experience: 0-1 years

• Related Experience: 3 years

• Credentials Requirement:

• Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire

• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable
