Job summary

Sodexo at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to join our clinical nutrition team.

You will deliver nutrition care, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and contribute to high-acuity patient care with evidence-based practices, patient education, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required ACEND coursework and supervised practice.
• OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements.
• Meets eligibility for RD/RDN via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.
• 0-1 years management experience; 0-3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care for patients in a high-acuity setting using evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and foodservice teams to ensure safe, quality care.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients, families, and staff.
• Support regulatory compliance and Sodexo standards in clinical operations.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.

Pay Range: $56270 - $72820
