Job summary

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Dietitian to join our ICARE leadership team and provide clinical nutrition services to patients and residents. The role includes scheduling, program development, and diabetic education in outpatient settings, aligned with the organization’s patient-experience goals.

Employment is full-time with a starting wage of $29.00 per hour, and the hospital offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with evidence of successful completion of a dietetic internship or ADA-approved program.
• Registered Dietitian license or RD-eligible; Montana licensure or willing to obtain licensure.
• Annually accrues CE credits (15 hours) with NCBDE-approved CE providers.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and provides clinical dietitian services.
• Develops, organizes, and implements programs to reach quality outcomes for nutritional status of SHC, including patients, Clinic, Cancer Center, and Long-Term care residents.
• Responsible for Diabetic Education program and provides outpatient consultations as ordered.

The Position

Employment status: Full Time

Compensation: $29.00 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Essential Job Functions

• Schedules and provides clinical dietitian services.
• Develops, organizes, and implements programs necessary to reach quality outcomes for the nutritional status of SHC, including patients, Clinic, Cancer Center, and Long-Term care residents.
• Responsible for Diabetic Education program and provides outpatient consultations as ordered.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree with evidence of successful completion of a dietetic internship or a program approved by the American Dietetic Association.

Certifications and Licenses

• Registered Dietitian (RD) license or be RD-eligible. Annually accrues 15 hours of CE credits provided by NCBDE approved CE providers based on DSMEs services anniversary month. RD in the state of Montana or willing to get licensed.
