The position requires RD/RDN credentials, US citizenship, and strong experience in budgeting, contracting, policy development, and staff supervision to drive continuous

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship is required.
RDN/RD credential (CDR) is required to practice as a registered dietitian.
Knowledge of IDDSI, LEAN principles, and budget management.
Experience supervising food service operations and staff.

Responsibilities

Serve as professional advisor to clinicians, program directors, and managers across the medical center.
Oversee HR staffing, employee relations, and labor relations in Food Service Operations.
Lead budget and resource planning for the food operations section.
Develop and implement training plans for food operations staff.
Establish policies and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance.
