Job summary

Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services in Richland, WA is seeking a registered dietitian to develop, coordinate, and direct nutrition care across inpatient and infusion settings. You’ll collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Nutrition or Dietetics, Washington Dietitian Certification within 6 months, and national RD certification; hospital or home care experience is preferred. The role is full-time, day shift, on-site.

This position will be supporting our Richland site.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, Day shift

This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and directing all aspects of quality, cost effective, outcome-oriented clinical nutrition care under minimum supervision. Assists in the management of PIPS' nutritional resources. Responsible for decisions and judgments affecting patients total nutrition care. Facilitates improvement in patient's nutrition status to reduce complications and lower the risk of harm to the patient. Assists the pharmacists in managing the TPN patients. Clinical monitoring of enteral patients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Dietitian Certification
• Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration
• 1 year Hospital or home care experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enteral/parenteral nutrition.
• Pediatric, adult and geriatric experience.
• Development of nutrition related forms and policies and procedures.
