Job Summary

The Dietitian II is responsible for applying evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for the evaluation and treatment of patients of all ages identified as possessing nutrition risk. Responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs, providing medical nutrition therapy, and nutrition education. The incumbent functions on a multidisciplinary team as a resource, sharing expertise and applying feedback to improve patient outcomes for physicians and other staff. The Dietitian II will also provide guidance and assistance to new graduates and Dietitian I positions.
