Come work for one of the world’s premiere Eating Disorder Treatment facilities in Orem, Utah --- Center for Change. The Center's Philosophy

The Center's philosophy on treating eating disorders focuses on providing patients with opportunities to explore and redevelop a healthy relationship with food, helping them eat intuitively according to hunger and fullness. Each patient at the Center receives weekly individual counseling sessions with a Registered Dietitian. Sessions go beyond teaching and include active intervention. Dietitians also teach weekly nutrition classes which focus on a variety of topics such as relearning the ability to sense hunger and fullness, making peace with food, enjoying the eating experience, body metabolism, food and exercise, relapse prevention, and more.

Responsibilities

As a dietitian at Center for Change you will conduct nutritional assessments, monitor patients' daily nutritional status, design and adjust meal plans, and monitor the progress of each patient and report to therapist. You will also conduct weekly nutrition counseling to establish goals and challenges designed to help patients learn new skills and behaviors which will contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
