The Dietitian of the Cancer Center will provide nutritional services on designated units compatible with established standards of practice and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics from an accredited institution, meeting the didactic requirements of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• 2. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• 1. Must currently be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and maintain 75 continuing education credits every 5 years in the area of nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy.

Licenses and Certifications Preferred:

• 1. Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) preferred.
