Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year of relevant experience with food service or related.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients to assist with menu selection and obtain diet history.
• Liaise with patient, dietitians and food service on meal needs.
• Follow up on diet tolerance and refer to dietitians as needed.
• Update computer files and communicate with food service for accurate records.
• Support in modifying procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service per Corewell Health standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
