DaVita is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join an intimate outpatient team, helping patients and families understand nutrition and renal care. You’ll analyze lab data, educate patients about diet, and collaborate with the core care team to improve health outcomes in a patient-centered environment.

Requirements include state licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, ability to travel between facilities if needed, and completion of the CARD with at least 80%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area is required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed is required.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located.

Requirements:

• After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
