DaVita in Erie, PA is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join an outpatient care team focused on patient-centered nutrition care. You will analyze lab results and educate patients and families on dietary plans to support renal health and overall well-being.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and nurses, travel to multiple facilities as needed, and a commitment to continuous learning in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Formación

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
• CARD with score of at least 80% required after hire and training
• MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency; DaVita applications familiarity within 60 days

Requirements

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
• After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
