Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate dialysis treatments in an outpatient clinic, ensuring patient safety and wellbeing. You will work with a close-knit clinical team in a fast-paced setting, delivering care with critical thinking and excellent communication.

Open shifts include 10-12 hour days across M/W/F and T/Th/S, with opportunities for leadership, professional growth through StarLearning, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• A Minimum of 1 year licensed with experience in a clinical setting (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
• CNN certification a plus
• We are looking for someone that is very confident in their abilities as a nurse, very adaptable, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker.
• Employment at DaVita is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen and a background check

As a DaVita RN, you'll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your patients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with our professional team of clinicians, and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Hours: M/W/F 4:00am - 6:30pm, T/Th/S 4:00am - 3:00pm
• 10-12 hour shifts, must be available to work any hours within these ranges - schedule can vary dependent upon patient census
• This Clinic has 16 chairs with 1 RN and 4 dialysis techs on M/W/F and 1 RN and 2-3 dialysis techs on T/Th/S
