Job summary

The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township is seeking a Part Time Dietitian to join our team in New Jersey. The role offers 24 hours per week with competitive wages based on experience and a daily pay option.

Responsibilities include assessing clinical nutrition needs, developing and evaluating care plans within EMR, providing nutrition education, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Licensure in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed dietitian in good standing in state of practice
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations
• Strong organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop care plans within EMR
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, labs, weight trends, intake and comorbidities
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop a nutritional health plan for patient wellbeing
• Adhere to facility policies and CMS/state/federal regulations
• Assist in interdisciplinary care conferences
• Assist dietitian in duties as assigned

Registered Dietitian

Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Monday and Friday with Flexible Schedules

Responsibilities

• Assess the Clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop a plan of care within the electronic medical record.
• Develop, Implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends , intake and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to resident, families and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop a nutritional health plan for the patient's overall wellbeing
• Adhere to facility policy and procedures and to CMS, State and Federal regulations.
• Assist and participate interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Assist dietitian in duties as assigned.
• Qualifications
• Registered by the Commission on Dietitetic and Registration
• Hold a Certification / License in good standing within the state of practice
• Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations
• Strong organization and communication skills
