Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Edmonton, KY is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for an 8-hour-per-week engagement serving our long-term care community. You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the care plan team, complete MDS - Section K, calculate TF, and make wound and weight-change recommendations.

CDR credential and state licensure are required; a positive attitude, client-centered approach, and strong
