Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Cadiz, KY is seeking a consultant dietitian to support our long‑term care community for 4 hours per week or 8 hours every other week. You will perform clinical nutrition assessments and document using the Nutrition Care Process in our EMR system.

The role emphasizes a flexible schedule and excellent pay, with collaboration alongside the interdisciplinary care plan team and ongoing nutrition recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR and licensed as a dietitian in Kentucky.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete MDS - Section K and TF calculations.
• Provide wound/nutrition change recommendations.
