Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. This part-time role supports a long-term care community for 16–32 hours per week with a flexible schedule and strong compensation.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, work with the care-team to develop plans, and complete MDS - Section K. Candidates must be CDR-credentialed and licensed as a dietitian.

Qualifications

• CDR credential required.
• Must hold an active dietitian licensure.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and weight changes.
