Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Benton, AR seeks a consultant dietitian for 16 hours/week in a hybrid role with 8 hours remote and 8 onsite, serving long-term care residents.

The RD will conduct clinical nutrition assessments, document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the care plan team, provide weight loss and wound care guidance, review facility menus, and lead diabetes education classes. Qualifications

• RD credential required and state licensure in Arkansas.
• Experience delivering clinical nutrition services in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
