Physical Requirements The physical requirements for this position include regularly lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 50lbs, regularly standing/walking with objects up to 10lbs, and repetitive motions.
Shift Must work five, 8-hour variable shifts per week (8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, or 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm). Weekend and holiday rotation required (at least one winter and one summer holiday).
Job Summary Responsible for the preparation, storage and delivery of infant feedings as well as inventory, ordering, cleaning and sanitation. Performs as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Ensures customer satisfaction and good public relations through safe and efficient use of resources. Performs duties in compliance with performance improvement plans, TJC , and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. Assists the Registered Dietitian with nutrition care of patients.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities The ideal candidate will be a Dietetic Technician, Registered and/or have completed a degree in Dietetics. This individual will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast-paced, high-intensity, professional work environment; enjoy working independently as well as closely with co-workers in a supportive team environment; and possess proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Office), excellent customer service and active listening skills, a high regard for attention to detail, and dependability.

Preferred Education/Experience Current Dietetic Technician, Registered ( DTR ) credential; background in nutrition, pharmacy, and/or laboratory; and a degree in nutrition (or medically-related field) preferred.
