Located in Williamsburg, Virginia, founded in 1773, with a focus on community mental health care. The campus spans 500 acres, with two patient care buildings, serving 300 patients, staffed by over 900 employees. Part of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), accredited by the Joint Commission.
Responsible for providing quality nutritional care, maintaining accurate documentation per CMS, OBRA, TJC, state, and hospital policies. Activities include managing CBORD/Net Menu applications, interacting with the Diet Office Manager, and participating in CQI activities such as reviewing patient tray accuracy and satisfaction surveys.
Prolonged sitting, manual dexterity, bending, stooping, and routine lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Experience in mental health or nursing home settings preferred.
