Position is not virtual; candidates must live within commuting distance of the duty location or relocate accordingly. Salary aligns with GS-05 pay scale for the area and federal benefits apply.

• Specialized experience in hospital food service and knowledge of tray assembly procedures.
• Ability to use dietetics software and knowledge of regular and modified diets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong customer service.

Mansioni

• Assist with patient meal service orders in person or by phone.
• Educate patients, guests and nursing staff on local facility therapeutic diets.
• Assist in selection of proper foods according to individual diet.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties in support of the service.
