• 1 year of food service experience in hospital or extended care facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient/resident menus to ensure diet order accuracy and timely meal service.
• Produce meal tickets, nourishment labels and production tallies for menus.
• Answer telephone inquiries and manage office equipment and supply inventory.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; perform other duties as needed.
