Job summary

Sodexo at OLATHE MEDICAL CENTER is seeking a Dietetic Clerk to support patient nutrition services and ensure accurate diet orders and smooth meal service. You will organize menus, prepare diet tickets and labeling, and assist with office duties and inventory while maintaining reliable on-site shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food service experience in hospital or extended care facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize the patient/resident's menus to ensure accuracy of diet order, timeliness of meal service and smooth food service operations.
• Insure the production of meal tickets, nourishment labels and production tallies for resident/patient menus.
• Respond to telephone inquiries, maintain all office equipment and supply inventory for nutrition office.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
