Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a Dietetic Assistant PD to support Nutrition and Dietetic Services. Under supervision, you will process and verify diet orders including infant formulas and fortified breast milk orders, modify patient menus, generate reports, and ensure accurate nutrition care across patient care areas.

You will work with Dietitians and Food Service staff, document food preferences, handle donor breast milk storage, and help maintain inventory, equipment sanitation, and patient

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare food service environment required.
• Ability to read recipes, ingredient labels and allergen statements.
• Proficient in using computer systems and patient records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
