POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Processes all patient menus, including those for the tray line and room service program. She/he coordinates food production according to established menus, answers telephone calls from patients and clinical staff, and prepares records and reports.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment, high school graduation or GED, and one year of experience as a Dietary Unit Aide in a health care facility or equivalent. One year of additional experience may substitute for the educational requirement. Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
